Oil Spill Response Vehicles & Vessels
Oversea Response provides advanced oil spill response vehicles and vessels (OSRVs) designed for rapid deployment, offshore recovery, and large-scale environmental response. Our systems are engineered to support emergency spill response operations with high-efficiency oil recovery, containment, and transport capabilities.
Advanced Oil Spill Response Vehicles for Rapid Deployment
Our oil spill response vehicles are built to perform in demanding marine and offshore environments. Whether responding to offshore spills, port incidents, or inland waterways, our fleet supports fast mobilization and reliable recovery.
Each system is designed to integrate seamlessly with oil skimmers, containment equipment, and storage solutions to maximize recovery efficiency during critical response situations.
A New Generation of Oil Spill Response Vessels (OSRVs)
Purpose-built oil spill response vessels and collection systems engineered for speed, agility, and reliable performance in real-world emergency conditions.
Designed for rapid deployment in both coastal and inland waters, Oversea Response’s oil spill response vessels (OSRVs) and advanced recovery pod systems are built to handle demanding environmental response scenarios. These systems enable efficient oil recovery across a wide range of marine conditions, including calm waters, strong currents, and choppy environments.
Our vessels are equipped for high-capacity recovery and onboard storage. The 32’ Express vessel can store up to 1,800 gallons of recovered oil, while the 60’ vessel can hold up to 249 barrels (bbls) for transport and offloading at dockside facilities.
For larger spill events, integrated crude oil transfer pump systems allow for continuous recovery and discharge to transport barges or bladder bags, ensuring uninterrupted cleanup operations and maximum efficiency in the field.
Key Capabilities
High-capacity oil recovery systems
High-performance propulsion for rapid response
Self-transfer and offloading capability
Versatile operation across multiple marine environments
Efficient crew requirements (1–2 operators)
Customizable vessel sizes and configurations
How Oil Spill Response Vessels Work
Oversea Response oil spill response vessels (OSRVs) are designed to efficiently recover oil while separating and discharging clean water back into the environment. As the vessel collects oil and other pollutants, it maintains a high-efficiency recovery process that maximizes output and minimizes downtime.
Our systems achieve an over 98% oil-to-water recovery ratio, allowing operators to cover more surface area in less time while reducing the need for frequent offloading trips.
During large-scale spill events, onboard crude oil transfer pump systems enable continuous operation by transferring recovered oil directly to transport barges or bladder bags—ensuring uninterrupted cleanup and improved operational efficiency.
